We offer billing support affiliated with over 50 websites and subscriptions services. If you wish to cancel your account or enquire more about these charges, please contact us at your earliest convenience via e-mail.

We offer a selection of subscription models:

  • 29.95 $ for a monthly recurring membership
  • 64.95 $ for a 3-month recurring membership
  • 99.95 $ for a 6-month membership that expires after 180 days

If you have received an e-mail confirmation of your membership being cancelled, yet are still being charged, please contact us so that we can more closely investigate the matter. Under normal circumstances, a membership cancellation automatically prevents any further billing.

Upon cancelling your membership, a confirmation e-mail is automatically sent to the e-mail that was used for the initial sign-up.

Since many web-based e-mail providers such as Hotmail, Gmail or Yahoo occasionally mistake confirmation e-mails as spam or junk, please be sure to verify in the spam/junk folders in order to ensure that the confirmation e-mail was indeed received.

In order to identify the company which processed your transaction please reference your original confirmation e-mail.

Monthly memberships are billed upon sign-up and every 30 days thereafter until cancelled.
Three-month memberships are billed upon sign-up and every 90 days thereafter until cancelled.
Six-month memberships are only billed upon sign-up and automatically expire after 180 days.

If you no longer have your original confirmation e-mail, you can refer to your credit card statement where you will find both a website for support as well as a toll-free number.

Our agents will be happy to assist you in changing any credit card information including changing credit card numbers or updating the expiration date on your current credit card in order to ensure your current membership is maintained.

There are a few possible reasons. First, make sure your membership hasn't expired yet. It's also possible that you are using the wrong username/password combination. Check your purchase confirmation e-mail that was sent to you when you originally signed up. All of your login info will be in that e-mail.

Check your junk/spam folder if you are using a web-based email service such as Hotmail, Yahoo or Gmail, since they sometimes mistakingly send our e-mails there.

If you deleted the e-mail or you are still having trouble logging in, please contact our customer service center.

In order to obtain your password, you must return to the site that you had originally signed-up for and click on the "Forgot Password?" link. You will then be asked to provide both your username and e-mail address and once completed, your password will be e-mailed back to you.

If you cannot remember your username in addition to your password and no longer have the confirmation e-mail from the original sign-up, please contact us and we will be more than happy to provide you with your password or any other login information once your membership can be confirmed.

First, you need to have a broadband internet connection such as DSL or Cable. Dial-up connections are too slow for streaming good quality video.

If the movie is still freezing every few seconds after making sure you have the latest version, try waiting 30 seconds before clicking the play button again. That should give the player enough time to buffer enough video in advance to play without stopping.

My account has been blocked. Why was my account blocked and what can I do to re-activate it?

There are various reasons our automatic system could have blocked your account. The most probable one is that there has been an increased number of logins to your account, exceeding a standard number of logins within a reasonable time frame.

An e-mail was sent to your address that you used during sign-up with more information on why your account was blocked. Please contact our customer service center for more information and to have your account re-activated. You will probably have to change your password as well.
